Rik Opschoor and his colleagues follow through on appointments. Provides good advice for recording photos and film. Which resulted in a good presentation of the property. We were kept informed of the progress. Sold within a little over one week and we finished everything with a good feeling.

There was absolutely nothing wrong. The contact went smoothly. If there were any questions, they were answered immediately. The service really deserves a solid 10. Nothing but praise.

To start positively; the viewing with Mr. Opschoor. Mr. is clear and prepared. Then the rest. In the past few weeks, we've had two unpleasant experiences with Opschoor. On March 1st last, we had a viewing at Stadmolen 159 in Maassluis. The selling real estate agent on site was Mr. Opschoor himself. As already written; A good, clear and well-prepared realtor. This viewing was pleasant, we also indicated that we were going to make an offer. According to the realtor, there was no great rush, because there wasn't an external deadline for a bid to be made, as was often the case last year with all real estate agencies. On March 7th, we then submitted a bid via the move account. The following day we received an email that the property had been sold. No one even calls to say that there is a bid, if you are still interested, now is the time to submit your bid. Second experience, Touwbaan 64 in Maassluis. On March 9th, we requested a viewing for the property. The following day, the appointment was neatly confirmed for tomorrow, March 16th. Today, March 15th at 5:00 PM, the Opschoor office called. The appointment cannot go ahead, the property has been sold. Surely I'm not the only one who finds this a strange way of working? Perhaps this message will make our chances for new appointments more difficult or unnecessary, of course I will share both a new positive and negative experience. Even though it shouldn’t have happened and was also necessary, considering we were going to view Touwbaan with great interest tomorrow.

The broker should have helped us. He did not do so. The structural report that was drawn up due to our insistence proved negligent afterwards. Due to these errors, we were already thousands of euros out in the first months and thousands of euros have been added to that over the past two years. I will never do business with this broker again.
