Very bad experiences (twice). Totally clueless agents. Dolphijn sold me a house from which it turned out later, when I wanted to sell it again, that part of the plot was not in my name. This meant I couldn't sell my property with all the consequences and costs that entailed. They were unable to help me but did leave me with these problems. On the day of the key transfer where I would buy my house, they had forgotten about me and no one came. They also didn't have the key, which was with an employee who wasn't working, and due to these problems I was late at the notary. When there were problems, they constantly pointed fingers at other parties including other agents, notaries and at us while this was totally unjustified. Never again Dolphijn for me and everyone dear to me. That one star I gave because you can’t give 0 stars.
