Aad Schipper is very knowledgeable. And ensures for everyone the legal expert Mortgage or sale of your home.
I would not recommend it. After a year, the bailiff calls me to say that I have not paid 300 in taxes. After explanation, it turned out that the office had forgotten to tell me that I had to pay myself! After I had paid everything to the notary, I received a phone call two days later from the office saying that I had to pay an extra PLN 1,000 because they forgot to tell me about the additional costs for them. I would not recommend it

Bad information regarding my purchase, now I'm in a difficult situation (literally 'sitting with baked pears'), they should have been honest about the defects of my apartment. With a loving presentation you can fool people. They don't get one star from me. They promise to call or email you ..but unfortunately ...I think reviews are not placed honestly.
When things go wrong, they don't respond and do not take responsibility, and during the purchase/sale, they also mess it up.

You must give them instructions on how to act. They don't think things through and she sides with the buyer instead of the seller.
