Tijdens de bezichtiging werd er echt de tijd voor mij genomen. Ik moest rustig gaan zitten en kreeg een duidelijke presentatie, inclusief een boekje met alle informatie over het huis. Hierin stonden de kosten, en overige informatie over het huis . Ook werden tijdens de bezichtiging transparant alle (oude) schadepunten vermeld, die uitgebreid werden doorgesproken. Dat gaf veel vertrouwen. Ook het contact achteraf verliep prettig: via WhatsApp kreeg ik snel reactie en telefonisch werd ik altijd goed geholpen.

Of course they don't recognize the situation, but despite both the buyer and us having made contact to resolve things properly, they no longer want to put any effort into it. Not satisfied with the service towards the buying party (me and my partner). They don't think ahead when the purchase process looks different than normal. Also, there was minimal communication. Only after 3.5 weeks did we receive the final purchase contract. A quick, somewhat stress-free negotiated purchase is not in this party's repertoire according to my experience.
