Despite a verbal promise to buy the house, it wasn't reserved for us. We arranged the viewing appointment for Saturday on Wednesday and subsequently booked a hotel nearby for € 180,- and on Thursday we were told that the house had already been sold elsewhere. We then paid the hotel costs free of charge.
