Thanks for the many nuts that had to be cracked in this complicated sale.

At M2 real estate agents, a bid was made on registration on December 3rd for a garage with end time at 12.00 noon. Extra information was requested because the viewing was at 13.30 and I had to work. You would say with bidding on registration that this can last a maximum of 2 days but unfortunately. After 5 days I withdrew my bid on Move and also extra confirmed by email. (I find that when you make large bids, you should be taken seriously. After 15 days I received a message that my bid had been rejected ???? and that the plot was sold to another party who was more generous. The same day I received via Move a message that the bidding method had changed and you could do a regular bid again. The response from M2 was a lot of text but it came down to the Move system not working properly. Also, they had not received my extra sent email ??? Also, the earlier requested information I never got. How many lies can you make up and how much can go wrong. No more M2 real estate agents for me.

Everything actually went very well, except for a small mistake during the final inspection with the water meter reading and unfortunately they did not go to the notary since some issues arose there. When I later reported this to them via WhatsApp, I sadly heard nothing from them. Very disappointing, full service would have been nice instead of partial service.

What a nightmare for a buyer! Due to an error by M2 Makelaars and the lack of communication, our signing date was postponed by two weeks. This caused us problems with the renovation and moving. After sympathy from the sellers, we were able to sign the key transfer. Unfortunately, M2 makelaars did not communicate that we would have to pay a lot of money for something that was initially their fault. The receptionist Arie was also very rude by saying that she works for the sellers and not for the buyers. My advice for the first-time buyer: find an external mortgage advisor who is involved in your case and guides you well, because our building deposit was incorrectly set up. If we put our house up for sale, this will be the last real estate agency we will think about. Experienced as very unprofessional and unpleasant in communication and doing business. We do not recommend it to anyone!!
