Gezien de reactie van de eigenaar hieronder, een korte toelichting. In 2018 hebben wij een taxatie laten uitvoeren. Er was sprake van een zeer stroeve communicatie en het niet nakomen van afspraken m.b.t. het aanleveren van het taxatierapport. Na ons beklag hierover te hebben gedaan, is er een lagere waarde voor desbetreffende woning getaxeerd, wat problemen met de financiering opleverde. Aangezien het om slechts enkele duizenden euro's ging en het rapport ná ons beklag werd aangeleverd, kwam deze (te lage) taxatie over als een pesterij. De taxatie was uitgevoerd door uw collega dhr. Bouwsma.
