Ik woonde in een huurwoning die eerst door een andere vastgoedbeheerder werd beheerd. City Estate heeft het tijdens mijn huur overgenomen. Wat een verbetering was dat! De vorige beheerder was moeilijk te bereiken en deed nooit wat op tijd. Een echte nachtmerrie. City Estate heeft mij netjes gemaild over de overname en toen ik het niet zag netjes gebeld. Er was gedoe omdat ik de huur nog naar de oude beheerder had overgezet, maar City Estate was begripvol en behulpzaam en heeft mij geholpen het probleem op te lossen. De overdracht toen ik er uit ging verliep ook professioneel en soepel. Toen ik later een verhuurdersverklaring nodig had hebben ze dit binnen de dag gedaan. Een uitstekend bedrijf met uitstekende medewerkers, je mag gelukkig zijn als zij jouw pandbeheerders zijn.

Gedurende een kleine 2 jaar heb ik een mooie studio gehuurd via City Estate. Hun werkwijze is transparant en ze komen afspraken na. Communicatie verliep meestal snel en netjes. Ook als er wel eens onduidelijkheid of onenigheid bestond over een kwestie, werd er klantvriendelijk en oplossingsgericht gehandeld.

City Estate leverde zeer professionele en snelle service. Ik vond mijn accommodatie in Tilburg via City Estate en heb echt genoten van de gastvrijheid en de snelle ondersteuning. Alles werd efficiënt geregeld, waardoor mijn verblijf soepel en aangenaam verliep. Ik kan hun diensten van harte aanbevelen.

Fijne partij om werkzaamheden als loodgieterswerk, dakwerkzaamheden en rioleringswerk voor te mogen uitvoeren. Goed moet gewoon goed zijn, daar houden wij ook van!

Een fijn bedrijf met vriendelijk en toegankelijk personeel. De bezichtiging werd snel geregeld en ook het last-minute verplaatsen van de sleuteloverdracht met een dag was geen probleem. Tot nu toe verloopt alles soepel en flexibel.

De samenwerking met City Estate verloopt uitstekend. De communicatie is altijd duidelijk en snel, afspraken worden netjes nagekomen en ze denken actief mee. Betrouwbaar, professioneel en prettig om mee samen te werken. Ik kijk ernaar uit om in de toekomst verder aan de slag te gaan met City Estate.

Wat een vreselijk bedrijf, we huurden een woning bij hen met zes anderen. Ze probeerden ons contract op korte termijn te beëindigen, zonder de wettelijk verplichte termijn (3 maanden) te respecteren. Ze nemen van iedereen hun borg (borg) in beslag zonder opgaaf van reden en inspecteren het huis ook niet bij vertrek. Dit overkwam de huurder vóór mij ook (!) en de volgende huurder heeft zijn borg al betaald. Het ergste is dat ze mensen die op vakantie zijn eruit gaan zetten en bij terugkomst geen huis meer hebben.

We zijn blij met de huurwoning die we via City Estate gehuurd hebben, proces rondom de overdracht verliep goed en de borg is na 2 weken teruggestort.

Prettig bedrijf, niets op aan te merken! Dienstverlening is prima op orde en ze schakelen snel.

Geen enkele competentie! Geen contact.

Ik heb de pech gehad om met dit bedrijf in zee te gaan! Ik wacht nog steeds op mijn borg, terwijl ik al een maand geleden ben vertrokken. Ze hebben totaal geen interesse getoond om me te helpen. Ik huurde een kleine studio, die in werkelijkheid gewoon een kleine kamer was. Zij waren de eersten die de huur verhoogden, en nu het tijd is voor mijn terugbetaling, is er geen contact meer met ze. Ik denk dat we juridische stappen moeten ondernemen, want e-mails en andere pogingen om contact met ze op te nemen hebben niets opgeleverd. Eén ster is in dit geval nog te veel! Ik raad ze absoluut niet aan!

Oplichters! In het begin zijn ze aardig en geven ze je een goed gevoel, maar na verloop van tijd merk je dat er bij dit bedrijf niets klopt. We kregen het appartement in een afschuwelijke staat. Alles was vies, kapot en walgelijk. (Dode muizen achter de bank!!, een beschimmelde badkamer, meubels in slechte staat,…) We moesten talloze keren bellen voordat er eindelijk iemand was die ons een beetje kon helpen, en zelfs die persoon toonde geen greintje empathie. Bovendien waren ze super onvriendelijk nadat we hen vertelden over de staat waarin we het appartement hadden gekregen. Dit bedrijf is een enorme puinhoop en niemand weet iets. Uiteindelijk hebben ze een paar kleine dingen vervangen, maar het meeste bleef zo ​​gedurende mijn hele verblijf. Ze waren niet echt behulpzaam. Toen ik verhuisde, moest ik €500 (!) betalen om mijn contract over te laten nemen. Ik vraag me af wat zo'n enorm bedrag rechtvaardigt? Ze willen je gewoon bestelen. Nadat ik een tijdje elders had gewoond, kreeg ik een rekening voor de nutsvoorzieningen van meer dan € 2.000, en dat was alleen al voor de periode van september tot december. Het kan toch niet waar zijn dat die paar maanden zoveel kosten! Ik ben blij dat ik zo vroeg ben vertrokken, zodat ik verdere diefstal door dit bedrijf heb kunnen voorkomen! Als ik 0 sterren kon geven, zou ik dat doen! Ik raad niemand aan om hier te huren!!!!

Ik ben goed geholpen toen er een lekkage in mijn huurwoning was. Er werd snel een aannemer ingeschakeld om het probleem aan te pakken.

Denk minstens 50 keer langer na voordat je met dit bedrijf in zee gaat. Ik raad je met name aan om uit de buurt te blijven van Maarten Ten Hove... Ik probeer hem al meer dan 6 maanden te bereiken. Ongeveer 3 maanden geleden zei hij dat hij op huwelijksreis was, maar ik heb nog steeds 2 simpele vragen en ik verwacht dat hij me daarbij helpt. Als hypotheekadviseur heb ik er echt spijt van dat ik met dit bedrijf en deze persoon heb samengewerkt. Als je later geen spijt wilt krijgen, blijf er dan ver vandaan. In het bericht dat hij op 12 mei stuurde, schreef hij: "Geen probleem, het komt wel goed." Op 6 juni stuurde hij een bericht dat hij op huwelijksreis was. Na 6 juni heb ik niets meer van hem gehoord... Vandaag is het 3 september en ondanks dat ik hem meerdere keren heb proberen te bereiken, heeft hij nog steeds niet gereageerd.

We moved to a furnished apartment that 1) was not cleaned (poop stains on the carpet that came out with one carpet cleaning, broken toys in glassware and dishes, stacks of paper and dirt under furniture, poop stains in the toilets, etc. (I could go on) 2) had broken appliances (washing machine/dryer not properly connected causing the floor to be flooded, freezer above broken, pond pump broken) 3) had broken furniture (commodes completely unstable and tipping over, broken and cracked plates and glasses that can't hold liquid, springs from the footstool completely gone and unable to bear weight, carpet on the stairs not properly fixed to the stairs causing slip and safety issues, etc.) 4) had non-working electricity (multiple outlets not working, the ventilation in the bathroom not working causing alarms to go off after hot showers) 5) had a bad handover (on the photo there were 4 sets of keys, we received more than 50 without information or labels). We asked for instructions for the fireplace and they answered with 'wood'. 6) There was trash. We opened drawers and found broken sunglasses, hats clearly not worn for years, Tupperware that didn't fit together, etc. 7) The items that were on both photos of the apartment (taken before we realized for the last time that we had bought the house) and the inspection by our real estate agent had changed, resulting in the furnishings not being what we expected. All TVs were gone, a desk was missing, a single mattress was left without bed frame, etc. The communication from the real estate office, Interhouse, was not optimal. When we report a defect, they say that no one has ever had that problem before. At check-in, clearly none of the outlets were tested. They also dismiss this as defects in the rental conditions, despite advertising a furnished house. I currently advise against hiring through them as a representative if you want a smooth process. I will adjust my message if there is improvement in the next two years. Should you still have to hire through them, document everything by email and force them to add supplements to their check-in photos. Try every outlet and switch. And if they ask you 'can they send someone', then they don't ask that and have already sent it. That's quite annoying and a lack of respect for personal space and time.

‼️ AVOID INTERHAUS AT ALL COSTS! ‼️ I want to warn everyone about renting through Interhaus. My experience with them was a complete nightmare. I moved out of a property in Hilversum, Simon Stevinweg 44. After waiting for a month for my deposit (which amounted to almost € 2000), the landlord suddenly came up with a number of ridiculous extra charges. Without any explanation or proof, I was charged for taxes and replacement of locks. To this day, I have not received any invoices or documentation that justifies these 'costs', but € 500 was deducted from my deposit! I only received € 1500, while I had left the apartment in perfect condition. This kind of behavior from the landlord, combined with the total lack of support from Interhaus, is unacceptable. If you value your money, time and peace of mind, STAY AWAY FROM INTERHAUS!

The worst experience ever. We did not get our deposit back after moving out of the property. We have been waiting for it now for 6 months. During the final inspection (before we left the property), the landlord kept pointing out defects that were already there before we moved in. Interhouse had taken photos of these defects beforehand, but for some reason the owner did not believe those photos, and Interhouse did not help to resolve this. The landlord asked for an extra month's rent, even though I had given him the agreed notice period of one month. When I explained the situation to Interhouse, they said I was right, but later chose the side of the landlord (of course, because he is their customer). The landlord and Interhouse are in the same boat.

The worst experience ever! I left more than a month ago and they keep taking money from my deposit for costs that I don't even understand. I asked them why the cleaning cost 380 euros, while it's 35 euros per hour and legally you can't even have someone work 10 hours a day... they remained vague about cat hair. They said that they had to take the sheets to a laundromat. Huh... and that's 380 euros.... correct. And then they tried to make me pay for a mattress that I didn't even sleep on!!!! I asked them for photos, but they couldn't provide them, so just stay away from it, otherwise you'll never get your money back.

Clear agreements, friendly brokers and very good communication!

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met dit bedrijf. De communicatie verliep ontzettend traag en afspraken werden telkens vooruitgeschoven. Er zijn meerdere beloftes gedaan die uiteindelijk niet zijn nagekomen. Daarnaast werd aangegeven dat bepaalde zaken “al in gang waren gezet”, terwijl later bleek dat er helemaal nog niets was gebeurd. Dat voelt niet alleen onprofessioneel, maar ook oneerlijk. Ik had veel meer transparantie en betrouwbaarheid verwacht. Helaas geen aanrader op basis van mijn ervaring.

Onze ervaring met Hedwig is helaas zeer teleurstellend. Er worden veel verwachtingen gewekt, maar afspraken worden keer op keer niet nagekomen en de afhandeling is rommelig. Na een fout in de splitsingsakte door de vorige eigenaren heeft Hedwig dit onvoldoende opgepakt. Hierdoor hebben wij als kopers uiteindelijk zelf veel moeten regelen. Een jaar later en na meerdere beloftes is er nog steeds geen oplossing. Dit heeft ons veel tijd, frustratie en onzekerheid gekost. Op basis van deze ervaring kunnen wij Hedwig niet aanbevelen.

Ik heb een vreselijke ervaring gehad met dit makelaarskantoor. We bezochten een woning en ze bevestigden dat we het appartement zouden krijgen. Een hele week lang belden we ze elke dag om te vragen waarom ze de bevestigingsbrief en de lijst met benodigde documenten nog niet hadden gestuurd. Hun antwoord was steeds hetzelfde: "We sturen het over 15 minuten, zodra we op kantoor zijn." Op sommige dagen belden we zelfs meerdere keren, en elke keer kregen we hetzelfde antwoord – dat achteraf niet waar bleek te zijn. We hebben onze situatie duidelijk uitgelegd: ik verhuis voor mijn werk naar Nederland en mijn vriendin verhuist vanuit Eindhoven. Daarom was het voor ons erg belangrijk om zekerheid te hebben. Op basis van hun herhaalde beloftes hebben we andere bezichtigingen afgezegd en andere opties laten vallen. We hebben zelfs afgesproken om het appartement een maand eerder dan nodig te verhuren – waardoor het leeg kwam te staan ​​– omdat de verhuurder het eerder wilde verhuren. We hebben hen ook uitdrukkelijk gevraagd ons te informeren als ze andere kandidaten overwogen, zodat we onze andere opties niet onnodig zouden annuleren. Vier dagen lang verzekerden ze ons dat er geen andere kandidaten waren. Toen ik ze voor de laatste keer belde en uitlegde dat hun handelen ervoor had gezorgd dat we onze andere opties waren kwijtgeraakt, zeiden ze alleen maar: "Het spijt ons zeer." Dat is waarschijnlijk hetzelfde antwoord dat ze hier op deze recensie zullen plaatsen. Ik raad ten zeerste af om dit bureau te vertrouwen. Ze zijn niet eerlijk.

Wij hebben bij YourHouse meerdere zeer positieve ervaringen, zowel als huurder, verhuurder en verkopende partij. Hedwig en zijn team zijn altijd super professioneel, komen afspraken na, en hebben onze belangen als verhuurder altijd goed behartigd, zonder ook de belangen van de huurder uit het oog te verliezen. Mede daarom hebben wij enkele jaren in goede relatie met onze huurders ons appartement kunnen verhuren. Onlangs heeft Hedwig ons ook geholpen bij de verkoop van ons appartement, en ook heeft hij ons heel goed bijgestaan. Een zeer betrouwbare en professionele organisatie.

Gedurende de tijd dat we er woonden, was onze ervaring met de verhuurder over het algemeen positief. Ze waren behulpzaam wanneer nodig en stortten zelfs direct de huur terug toen we die per ongeluk twee keer hadden overgemaakt, wat we erg op prijs stelden. Onze ervaring veranderde echter toen we verhuisden. We vroegen om teruggave van onze borg en om meer gedetailleerde informatie over de procedure, maar we kregen een tijdlang geen reactie. Dit maakte de situatie frustrerend en gaf ons het gevoel dat de verhuizing niet goed was afgehandeld. Het probleem is uiteindelijk vandaag opgelost nadat we hen hadden gebeld en de borg is terugbetaald. Hoewel we blij zijn dat de zaak nu is afgehandeld, heeft de manier waarop de situatie is afgehandeld helaas een negatieve indruk achtergelaten en een schaduw geworpen op wat voorheen een positieve ervaring was.

Ik heb meerdere keren een e-mail ontvangen van jullie (zelfs midden in de nacht) dat er nieuwe woningen beschikbaar waren. Ik reageerde hier direct op, maar kreeg vervolgens telkens een e-mail dat alle bezichtigingsmomenten al vol waren. Na telefonisch contact met jullie kreeg ik als enige uitleg dat het slechts om minutenwerk gaat. Erg jammer.

Vanaf de bezichtiging tot aan de sleuteloverdracht een fijne ervaring gehad. Yourhouse was betrokken en dacht met ons mee. Het huren van het huis ging daardoor heel prettig. Bedankt voor de goede service!

I am a bit disappointed. I registered and paid. I thought it would help to get e-mail notifications as soon as new properties are added, but that doesn't happen... In the end I view a new property from them via other sites, while already several hours have passed and of course there are already many applications. I thought that by paying the fees (at least) I would get faster e-mail notifications about new properties listed on the site, so that I could react more quickly, but unfortunately it doesn't happen... Update** After they had described and explained the situation, they didn't help and didn't solve it. It even got worse. Very disappointing and unfortunately a waste of money....
