A couple of months ago I made an offer (via email) on a house, never heard back. Five days ago I inquired about the asking price of a property on huislijn.nl and received no response either. So communication is actually 0 stars.

You can expect more from a real estate agent. Mistakes are poorly rectified, not even with compensation.

Integrity and responsibility are very important. We experienced the appraisal and initial consultation as excellent, the recommendation to present the property via a photographer with photos and a film was also experienced as very good. The follow-up, through a dedicated website, was excellent, as was the involvement of funda. Points for attention are the administrative involvement and follow-up towards us, correct information and proper handling, so to the point.

The realtor from van Rossum, Wilbert van Wageningen, helped us through the sales process in a calm and professional manner. The purchase price turned out exactly as we predicted. I would recommend this realtor and his team.

Ridiculous appraisal value. Appraisal value lower than a WOZ value. In the appraisal report it states that I have not submitted a signed purchase agreement. However, I immediately sent it by email. Houses are being compared with my new purchase, but they only have half the surface area.
