Voor het verkopen van mijn huis heb ik deze makelaardij ingeschakeld. Tijdens dit proces heb ik me meermaals afgevraagd of de makelaar vooral handelde in mijn belang of in het belang van de kopende partijen. Onze ervaring met Jochem was zeer teleurstellend. Zijn optreden was in meerdere opzichten onprofessioneel en bleef ver onder het niveau dat men van een makelaar mag verwachten. Daarnaast heeft hij ons onvoldoende en onduidelijk geïnformeerd; de verstrekte informatie was zodanig gebrekkig dat deze een onjuist beeld van de situatie opriep. Op basis hiervan kunnen wij dit makelaarskantoor niet aanbevelen!

We bought a house through Jeroen Hameeteman. Within two weeks after the handover, we discovered a serious problem: a second crawl space was completely flooded. We were only aware of one crawl space — the second was never disclosed to us, despite having explicitly asked the real estate agent twice during the purchase process if there were rooms with moisture or water that we could overlook. This was due to asthma of one of the residents. Moreover, this room was not included in the inspection report provided during the sale. After investigation by a specialized company, it turned out that the drain under the house was not properly connected and did not drain correctly. The repair costs amounted to more than €6,000. The situation is especially distressing because the new residents have a limited budget and are therefore hit particularly hard. Subsequently, we tried to contact Jeroen Hameeteman. Multiple emails remained unanswered, phone calls were ignored and even our own real estate agent did not get a response. There was an earlier commitment to work together towards a solution — that promise was not kept, even after he repeatedly promised to call back. I will not make a statement about his qualities as a real estate agent during the sales process. But whoever wants to turn to him after the purchase for problems will get little response. Personally, I do not write reviews on a site, I am writing this to at least warn others.

Also, the customer friendliness, patience and market knowledge we experienced as strong points. Moreover, the agent remained respectful and positive about the apartment. A point of attention is the proactiveness in the sales process. In hindsight, we would have liked to evaluate and adjust earlier when the sale took longer than expected. After a second price reduction, there was a quick viewing by a candidate who had previously been turned away due to the asking price. This gives the feeling that an earlier reconsideration could have helped. But this is hindsight. The completion and handover went smoothly; on a sunny day the apartment was beautifully handed over, which resulted in a great outcome for all parties. All in all, a professional and involved agent!
