26 Jun 2025Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with this real estate agent. From the beginning, communication was difficult and agreed-upon appointments were regularly not kept. Questions often remained unanswered, actions only occurred after repeated urging, and we didn't feel that there was genuine consideration for the sales process of our home. Despite several conversations and agreements, we saw no structural improvement. Ultimately, we decided to withdraw the property from sale and switch to another real estate agent. We are aware that start-up costs are not reimbursed by many real estate agents, but given the lack of quality provided, we would at least have expected some form of compensation or goodwill. Unfortunately, we received no response to this. All in all, a very disappointing journey for us. We hope that our feedback is used to improve service to future clients.

30 May 2025Annet was appointed as a purchasing agent. She investigated all possible aspects within the property with the aim of stripping it bare and lowering the price. Fine if that is the goal. However, Annet forgot some degree of professionalism in communication. Also, she became too absorbed in her own view of the property and forgot the goal of the buying party. The selling party was additionally put under considerable pressure to respond to a proposal by 17:00 hours on the same working day. Ultimately, the goal is not to have one's own vision and exert pressure, but to reach a good and appropriate deal regarding buyer and seller. Annet may be unable to adequately pursue this as a purchasing agent. Concluding, not recommended

09 Jun 2025Disappointing experience. Bijdevaate was asked to guide the sale of my property in Zierikzee (>€550.000). Unfortunately, they stated that they did not have time for this and referred me to their partner, Kooijman Makelaars. Kooijman was invited, but the first appointment was cancelled due to circumstances beyond their control – which can happen. They did show up for a second invitation; the visit went well. However, after that, we heard nothing more, despite several phone calls from my side. Fortunately, we had also approached other real estate agents, so we decided not to award them the assignment. All in all, a disappointing experience.

30 May 2025Neeskens real estate agents Goes. House purchased in Kamperland at Veerweg via Neeskens Makelaars in 2024. We were therefore the buyers. They mediated for the seller. It went reasonably well until we were to receive the key. On the day we wanted to pick up the key at the Neeskens office at Piet Heinstraat 32 in Goes, it was flatly refused because they had not yet received an official notification from the notary. A holiday became a great disappointment, especially because Neeskens turned out to be more of a 'broker factory' where effort is mainly made to realize a sale from commission interest. Only after 1.5 hours of applying pressure on site did we get the keys. Many swear words were spoken. The human touch was unfortunately far-fetched with us, in addition to a piece of incompetence. A pity because many things also went well. We are now living there with great pleasure but it wasn't fun or professional.
