Had kennis van zaken t.a.v. de lokale woningen en kon goed inschatten voor welke doelgroep onze woning geschikt zou zijn. Ook werd er rekening gehouden met onze wensen voor het buurtschap en onze voorkeur voor permanente bewoning.

Disappointing experience. Bijdevaate was asked to guide the sale of my property in Zierikzee (>€550.000). Unfortunately, they stated that they did not have time for this and referred me to their partner, Kooijman Makelaars. Kooijman was invited, but the first appointment was cancelled due to circumstances beyond their control – which can happen. They did show up for a second invitation; the visit went well. However, after that, we heard nothing more, despite several phone calls from my side. Fortunately, we had also approached other real estate agents, so we decided not to award them the assignment.
