Ab van den Ouden is (together with son Niels and internal sales employee Pirone) a skilled and pleasant realtor who guided the sale of our house well. Due to his years of experience, he acted at the right moments, allowing him to achieve the best result from the sale of our house. Very satisfied with him!

The viewing was neat, the son is a nice boy who is honest. But father is very rude and lies about everything when he is confronted if he leaves things or doesn't communicate normal things. For example, as a bidder I am not informed of anything and have to find out from funda that the house has been sold. I will call and he says forget it, sorry? No, and then he lies again. There were no hurdles with others like financial and inspection etc. Literally said by the real estate agent and what do I see on fair bidding afterwards that only the price of bidding differed and then I understand that for the seller. But just say that and don't start lying!! That wasn't necessary. And I was not allowed to bid lower than the asking price, which he said angrily! I had asked the son beforehand if that was possible and it was!!!! Father didn’t appreciate comments and then reacts terribly and can normally see and probably doesn’t communicate with his son. He would have received 1 star from me but because the son was nice he gets two. But don't do business with him!!!!!!

Clearly communicated with son Niels about an assignment to appraise a property, before/after renovation. Price and agreements communicated as agreed via email. Father den Ouden calls like a blunt farmer saying the appraisal will not proceed due to nonsensical reasons that I, as the buyer, cannot influence. Well, the question is whether you want to do business with such types anymore. My advice is NO.
