Well,…and then when the time comes to go and create new memories in a beautiful spot, the old house still needs to be sold. After living here together for 100 years (slightly exaggerated😉) on the Island, you pretty much know all the real estate agents. Alwin distinguishes himself because he has a pleasant and approachable personality and doesn't charge exorbitant brokerage fees. Just nice doing business with this man! After speaking to several people about Van Alphen. We decided to call Alwin (we did this on Friday). He was able to come by already on Saturday (this was good for us due to our work). Following a good conversation with Alwin, everything was set in motion and Martiene took over everything. I can’t say anything other than that this is running very well. Both questions to the owner and to maritime are answered quickly and professionally, responses are quick by phone and action is taken quickly if needed, Van Alphen sold our house within a few weeks with clear and good agreements. This is also very nice, we therefore recommend Van Alphen for the sale of your property both in terms of personal contact and on a business level, they are discreet and don’t stand still but get things done, something we appreciate greatly.
