A year ago, Mr. E was our purchasing agent. We were very surprised that he didn't keep his appointments with us. If we pointed something out, he would arrange it!! We hadn’t had a building inspection carried out and (foolishly) relied on trust. That was severely damaged by him at the time. 1 year later and €12,000 lighter, we no longer trust any agent from Struijk en Struijk. As soon as legal assistance was involved, he disappeared from view. To this day, we have heard nothing from him. If you want to sell your house, he’s your man, but if he wants to sell something to you, you shouldn't take him. Beware!!!

Purchase contract signed but unfortunately, less than a week later, we heard that the sellers had reached an agreement with another party. I don't think it’s correct how the real estate agent handled this. He should have informed us sooner.

Dirty game indeed, very sloppy way of working..
