De verkoop ging stroef en moeizaam op het gebied van communicatie . Zelf veel moeten uitzoeken en aanreiken aan de makelaar. Erg moeten trekken aan de onduidelijke communicatie van de makelaar. Wij zijn met een ontevreden gevoel vertrokken wat bekend is bij de makelaar. Ik zou deze makelaar niet aanraden!

Find the broker generally to be too large a cost item in the sales process. Yes, they have the platform that we currently use, but I find the fee for it too high. We made a conscious choice for Krieger and Witte brokers, but that is mostly based on market knowledge and realistic price assessment.

Would not recommend Goeree KW, no honest people and be careful what you exactly sign. A good example of dishonesty happened in Herkingen, there are 15 plots sold and certain information was withheld for their own benefit.

Unfortunately, a bad experience with this real estate agent. Initially Danny Krieger kept to the appointments well, after a second viewing made an offer on a house. After confirmation of the offer that it would be discussed with the owners, it got quiet and a week later turned out that the house had been sold to another party without informing me. I was also not informed that there were multiple offers. My e-mail in which I expressed my dissatisfaction has also not been answered. Unfortunately, this real estate agent does not adhere to the code of conduct of a real estate agent in my opinion and I certainly would not recommend him to others. If you want to sell your house, it might be the right real estate agent at least if you don't mind that he doesn't take the code of conduct so seriously and deals with potential buyers in this way.

When we decided to put our house up for sale, we looked for a real estate agent with whom we felt comfortable. We spoke to several agents, but decided to go ahead with Krieger en Witte. Despite our house not being the easiest property to sell, Danny remained enthusiastic and we were kept well informed about viewings. Last week we sold our house through Krieger en Witte real estate agents and absolutely satisfied! It already starts with the fact that they are also reachable outside office hours, which you can differentiate yourself with!
