07 Feb 2025The realtor put my elderly parents under pressure with the message that they would end up at the bottom of the list again if they didn't accept the rental apartment. Promised in black and white that defects would be resolved within 4 weeks and completely withdrew his hand when the ink was still wet, referring to the rental company Eresm for which he acts as an intermediary. Don't fall for it! Zero support and defects are still far from being resolved after almost 1.5 years.

30 Jan 2025Had to make an appointment 3 times for a viewing, then viewed the house and made an offer, we were told that the owner would consider it and get back to us. Our bid remained in our move account. After a week, the bid was increased and we called again. We were told that another bid had been placed and accepted. It's not nice not to inform us about this and we feel like we were being strung along, so no, not a pleasant experience when you constantly have to call the ladies.

25 Dec 2024A year ago, Mr. E was our purchasing agent. We were very surprised that he didn't keep his appointments with us. If we pointed something out, he would arrange it!! We hadn’t had a building inspection carried out and (foolishly) relied on trust. That was severely damaged by him at the time. 1 year later and €12,000 lighter, we no longer trust any agent from Struijk en Struijk. As soon as legal assistance was involved, he disappeared from view. To this day, we have heard nothing from him. If you want to sell your house, he’s your man, but if he wants to sell something to you, you shouldn't take him. Beware!!!

When I called the first time, I was told that another candidate had an option on the property until the end of the month, and that I would be next, okay. Waited until the month was up, and a few days later called again to see if Het Huis van Jansen knew more. I was then informed that the relevant employee was not available, and that I would be called back the next day, which never happened. Not very nice, but it can happen. A week later, I called again (when the following month was already halfway over), and then another employee told me that no action had been taken on their part, and that the status was therefore unknown. She would call the various parties and let me know. No timeframe was mentioned, but in the meantime two weeks have passed, and I still need to be called back. I also indicated myself that a 'No' is also an answer. I found/have found it very annoying to be kept on hold for so long. Luckily, in the meantime I managed to find a space through another party.

Walked around our house. Mrs. asked few questions, left no brochure behind, no conditions etc., and never heard back from them. Very unfortunate.
