Date unknownAppointment made for the viewing of a commercial building. The real estate agent doesn't know the VVE costs. Promises to call back about it, unfortunately forgets that. I had to call back and made an offer which is already being swept off the table by the real estate agent. But she promises to discuss it with the seller because she says she is obligated to do so and promises to call me back as soon as possible, unfortunately forgetting me again and after a few days I call to see if she knows anything yet. You are actually in negotiation but unfortunately she had decided herself to proceed further with other candidates because she interpreted my offer in her own way as a final offer. And she had simply decided that it wasn't interesting enough. I didn’t even get the opportunity to adjust my bid because she was already working with other candidates. Very unprofessional, careless and particularly arrogant. Too bad but there will come a time when real estate agents will have a hard time. I wonder if they can still afford such an attitude then.

And again, everything went perfectly: a quick sale for a great price. Expert, professional, kind people. Had a lot of contact with Jeroen and Nienke. They are a breath of fresh air to work with. And even when something needs to be resolved that isn't directly related to the sale itself, Nienke is immediately ready to assist you. Well, I don't have any more houses to sell. Because otherwise, I would go straight back to Lobs!

After meeting with several real estate agents, it quickly became clear that Kompas was the right choice for us. All worries were taken off our hands and we literally only had to sit back for a week. Our house was sold within just one week. The communication (phone calls, email, and WhatsApp) was really top-notch and we received super quick responses. Date unknownUnder the guise of "I don't have a key," we were unable to view the garage at our new house. They assured us that there was a loft and electricity. At handover, you are told that the garage lock is broken, no loft exists, and the electricity doesn't work. Because we expect 10 people and 2 suppliers the weekend after, we reluctantly agreed anyway. WRONG!!! This broker wants to "buy off" all of this with €200,= . Just the garage lock would already cost €250,= excl. VAT and excl. installation. Don't let these cowboys pull the wool over your eyes like we did. Read everything carefully because it is all covered in small print and pretty talk. Check everything, and if you can’t check something, DO IT CORRECTLY. If you still do business with these cowboys, make sure you have good legal assistance. Trust is good, but checking is better

Good and direct communication also through the in-house staff; you are kept well informed about the sales process. Telephone updates are then directly confirmed by e-mail again. Everything (initial conversation, photo and video recordings, creating the sales brochure, viewings, offers etc.) runs very structured and appointments are kept. Having one real estate agent as a fixed point of contact we found very valuable. In short, we felt very represented by Van Ravens Makelaardij and we can recommend this office.

In this regard, we received a non-binding real value of our home that we could work with further. Nothing exaggerated about what the house might be worth, but a clear and straightforward explanation of its actual value at all times. This way you can then calculate, search, and orient yourself with peace of mind. After more than a year, we found our dream location and had to put the house up for sale. Of course, we chose Ravens for this process due to the pleasant feeling we had. What a joy. Everything was quickly and clearly arranged. You are kept informed about everything, and you are truly taken care of. And do you know what we find very nice when contacting them? When you mention your name, usually just your first name, they at Ravens know who you are. Nothing with fancy words or exaggeration, but simply relaxed and comfortable, somewhere where you feel at home. If it weren't for the fact that we never want to leave our new house and have moved outside the region, I would definitely recommend Ravens.

23 Nov 2024The realtor put my elderly parents under pressure with the message that they would end up at the bottom of the list again if they didn't accept the rental apartment. Promised in black and white that defects would be resolved within 4 weeks and completely withdrew his hand when the ink was still wet, referring to the rental company Eresm for which he acts as an intermediary. Don't fall for it! Zero support and defects are still far from being resolved after almost 1.5 years.

28 Dec 2024Earlier this year on the line to sell our house 'in a few months'. Had good experiences years ago with Jasper and Trudy (??) who worked there then, so now another attempt was made. Unlike other contacted real estate agents, he didn't come across as professional. Reception friendly and warm by the lady behind the counter. The office was somewhat grimy (carpeting, door to private room) and didn’t smell very fresh (cigarette smoke). The realtor himself seemed uninterested, slumped down, wrote nothing down, we just had to get back in touch when there was a concrete date. Another realtor came to our home in the same week and was much more decisive: therefore, De Vree wasn't chosen.
