Her service ultimately has an excellent price/quality ratio, partly because she provides interior styling advice in addition to the usual real estate agent services, can place furniture and decorative items for better presentation, and also takes the photos for the website. He was already very friendly during the viewing and could tell a lot about the apartment and the neighborhood, and he could answer my questions (which unfortunately wasn't the case with other sales brokers). His transparency and honesty were very pleasant during the viewing. When I heard that my offer had been accepted and the arrangement of the follow-up steps began, Dennis was very helpful and his communication was clear and very fast. He also made time on a Saturday to calmly review the purchase agreement. He has the best interests at heart for both the seller and the buyer. I experienced the entire process as very pleasant with Dennis' help and would certainly have wanted him as my purchasing broker if my search for a home had lasted longer.
