The appraisal report was subsequently particularly complete (certainly compared to previous appraisals). Clear descriptions plus attachments such as zoning plan, soil information, foundation risk etc., as well as recommendations for sustainability of the house (supported). During the appraisal, the appraiser had a good eye for detail and asked targeted questions. We also received the appraisal report earlier than expected. 28 Aug 2025In the period May – August, we hired MDM real estate agency to help us sell the house. She reacted alertly and quickly and had already done her homework prior to the first appointment. She indicated for which price similar properties in the street had been sold before, critically but positively assessed the condition of our house and provided a proposal with a sales strategy. The strategy seemed good to us and her asking price was well-reasoned. Within 10 working days, photos and video recordings of the house were made with professional quality and placed on Funda. A flyer was also distributed in the neighborhood. We could follow the interest ourselves on Funda and a week later the first viewings took place. A week later, the first three bids came in and we were pleased to note that there was a good offer. The process from bid to sale was handled punctually and efficiently and overdracht (transfer) could take place in mid-August. Looking back, I give the following profile for MDM real estate agency: Professional, efficient, punctual, focus on client’s interest, honest and friendly. On the next occasion, we will call her first.

Her service ultimately has an excellent price/quality ratio, partly because she provides interior styling advice in addition to the usual real estate agent services, can place furniture and decorative items for better presentation, and also takes the photos for the website. I can absolutely recommend her!

In this regard, we received a non-binding real value of our home that we could work with further. Nothing exaggerated about what the house might be worth, but a clear and straightforward explanation of its actual value at all times. This way you can then calculate, search, and orient yourself with peace of mind. After more than a year, we found our dream location and had to put the house up for sale. Of course, we chose Ravens for this process due to the pleasant feeling we had. What a joy. Everything was quickly and clearly arranged. You are kept informed about everything, and you are truly taken care of. And do you know what we find very nice when contacting them? When you mention your name, usually just your first name, they at Ravens know who you are. Nothing with fancy words or exaggeration, but simply relaxed and comfortable, somewhere where you feel at home. If it weren't for the fact that we never want to leave our new house and have moved outside the region, I would definitely recommend Ravens.

12 Oct 2024Dennis was the sales broker of the person from whom I bought my apartment. He was already very friendly during the viewing and could tell a lot about the apartment and the neighborhood, and he could answer my questions (which unfortunately wasn't the case with other sales brokers). His transparency and honesty were very pleasant during the viewing. When I heard that my offer had been accepted and the arrangement of the follow-up steps began, Dennis was very helpful and his communication was clear and very fast. He also made time on a Saturday to calmly review the purchase agreement. He has the best interests at heart for both the seller and the buyer. I experienced the entire process as very pleasant with Dennis' help and would certainly have wanted him as my purchasing broker if my search for a home had lasted longer.
