20 Dec 2024Earlier this year on the line to sell our house 'in a few months'. Had good experiences years ago with Jasper and Trudy (??) who worked there then, so now another attempt was made. Unlike other contacted real estate agents, he didn't come across as professional. Reception friendly and warm by the lady behind the counter. The office was somewhat grimy (carpeting, door to private room) and didn’t smell very fresh (cigarette smoke). The realtor himself seemed uninterested, slumped down, wrote nothing down, we just had to get back in touch when there was a concrete date. Another realtor came to our home in the same week and was much more decisive: therefore, De Vree wasn't chosen.

28 Sep 2024Mark helped us very pleasantly with the sale of our house. He guided us through all steps in the process and thought along well with us. The approach was very personal, and the communication was good. The way he approached viewers and buyers is also personal, which we found very important. For example, Mark calmly reviewed the purchase contract with the buyers because they did not have a purchasing broker themselves. The period between sale and transfer can be long, and Mark would occasionally check in to hear how things were going. Until the moment of transfer, we could turn to him with our questions, which gave us a lot of confidence. With the approach and presentation of Aan de Maas Makelaardij, we were able to sell our house with a very beautiful result and fully adhere to our intended planning.
