To date, no response has been received to this request. In my opinion, it is also not pleasant for the selling private individual if you miss out on a potential candidate. Concluding, not the service you would expect from a realtor.

During this second contact moment, one of our back-office employees spoke to you on the phone. It was explained that the property in question had already been withdrawn from sale. And I can’t shake the impression that he suffers from subjectivity. 'It's not just about money, but about feeling,' according to his website. It doesn't state though that it can also be a terrible feeling. Be warned!

Questions often remained unanswered, actions only occurred after repeated urging, and we didn't feel that there was genuine consideration for the sales process of our home. Despite several conversations and agreements, we saw no structural improvement. Ultimately, we decided to withdraw the property from sale and switch to another real estate agent. We are aware that start-up costs are not reimbursed by many real estate agents, but given the lack of quality provided, we would at least have expected some form of compensation or goodwill. Unfortunately, we received no response to this. All in all, a very disappointing journey for us. We hope that our feedback is used to improve service to future clients.

30 May 2025Annet was appointed as a purchasing agent. She investigated all possible aspects within the property with the aim of stripping it bare and lowering the price. Fine if that is the goal. However, Annet forgot some degree of professionalism in communication. Also, she became too absorbed in her own view of the property and forgot the goal of the buying party. The selling party was additionally put under considerable pressure to respond to a proposal by 17:00 hours on the same working day. Ultimately, the goal is not to have one's own vision and exert pressure, but to reach a good and appropriate deal regarding buyer and seller. Annet may be unable to adequately pursue this as a purchasing agent. Concluding, not recommended

23 Sep 2025We bought a house through Helmig, which was advertised as move-in ready. Unfortunately, it turned out to be far from that: we ended up in a renovation project. • The kitchen is fully connected on one circuit, making the induction plate unusable and impossible to fix without extensive structural work. • The shower cabin proved dangerous and defective. It's an expanded cabin with a glass door that was supposed to open inward but did not fit properly. During normal use, one of those glass doors suddenly shot out of its frame. Fortunately, this happened to an adult and not our 5-year-old child. • Several power outlets do not work or were loose. • The laminate flooring, which was supposedly newly installed, is too tight and now bulges up. In addition, we encountered numerous smaller defects such as loose door handles, a cracked toilet bowl, and even an electrical cable coming out from under the bathroom mirror. These are not minor cosmetic flaws but serious defects that should be flagged by real estate agents and buyers warned about. Very disappointing and certainly not what one expects when buying a house advertised as move-in ready.
