21 Jul 2025Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with this real estate agent. From the beginning, communication was difficult and agreed-upon appointments were regularly not kept. Questions often remained unanswered, actions only occurred after repeated urging, and we didn't feel that there was genuine consideration for the sales process of our home. Despite several conversations and agreements, we saw no structural improvement. Ultimately, we decided to withdraw the property from sale and switch to another real estate agent. We are aware that start-up costs are not reimbursed by many real estate agents, but given the lack of quality provided, we would at least have expected some form of compensation or goodwill. Unfortunately, we received no response to this. All in all, a very disappointing journey for us. We hope that our feedback is used to improve service to future clients.

To date, no response has been received to this request. In my opinion, it is also not pleasant for the selling private individual if you miss out on a potential candidate. You were subsequently contacted by telephone, but we did not receive an answer. Subsequently, contact was made directly with you by email. We did not receive a response from your side to either the missed phone call or our email. More than a month later, we received another request from you. During this second contact moment, one of our back-office employees spoke to you on the phone. It was explained that the property in question had already been withdrawn from sale. Shortly thereafter, you were called again by the real estate agent himself and the situation was personally explained.
