In this regard, we received a non-binding real value of our home that we could work with further. Nothing exaggerated about what the house might be worth, but a clear and straightforward explanation of its actual value at all times. This way you can then calculate, search, and orient yourself with peace of mind. After more than a year, we found our dream location and had to put the house up for sale. Of course, we chose Ravens for this process due to the pleasant feeling we had. What a joy. Everything was quickly and clearly arranged. You are kept informed about everything, and you are truly taken care of. And do you know what we find very nice when contacting them? When you mention your name, usually just your first name, they at Ravens know who you are. Nothing with fancy words or exaggeration, but simply relaxed and comfortable, somewhere where you feel at home. If it weren't for the fact that we never want to leave our new house and have moved outside the region, I would definitely recommend Ravens.

29 Sep 2024The realtor put my elderly parents under pressure with the message that they would end up at the bottom of the list again if they didn't accept the rental apartment. Promised in black and white that defects would be resolved within 4 weeks and completely withdrew his hand when the ink was still wet, referring to the rental company Eresm for which he acts as an intermediary. Don't fall for it! Zero support and defects are still far from being resolved after almost 1.5 years.

07 Apr 2025Today, March 17th, was the handover of our house to the new residents. What a lot Stephanie from Xtra Real Estate arranged for us between November and today! She put in remarkably much time during the preliminary consultation, was present for all hours during the photo reportage. Every viewing that came onto the agenda was communicated from the backoffice (top!). And there were no less than 17 of them; Stephanie called us daily at our vacation address to discuss the progress. Very nice too: an appointment is an appointment, you didn't have to doubt whether an appointment would be kept. And even after the agreement was signed, we could arrange for further support. Changing the planned handover date: I’ll take care of it, you don’t need to do anything. And that’s how the whole process went. And all of this for a fixed price, so no percentage on the selling price. That's enough of this advertisement, but it is 100% deserved. Deep bow for Stephanie and ‘the rest’ of Xtra Real Estate!

After living here together for 100 years (slightly exaggerated😉) on the Island, you pretty much know all the real estate agents. Alwin distinguishes himself because he has a pleasant and approachable personality and doesn't charge exorbitant brokerage fees. Just nice doing business with this man! Last but not least,… When I asked Alwin if he would like to do something for KiKa (for which I am an ambassador) when I gave him the assignment, he didn’t hesitate for a second. Up, no words but actions with Alwin! Shortly after, the donation became a reality! Team from Alphen, thank you!

Marsha provided detailed reports of all viewings. We were happy about that and our respect for Marsha is great, because there were many viewings in a short time. This real estate agent deserves a solid 10! There is no general rehearsal for selling your house, it has to be right the first time. And of course, we as sellers were a little nervous. Selling your house is quite something, the place where you've shared joy and sorrow, where all conversations have been held at the dining table, all those emotions between four walls, and then a large moving truck arrives and loads all your belongings. Definitively. No turning back. Precisely for this reason, it’s so nice that Kolpa van der Hoek takes care of everything. That starts with the two-step plan: stylist Fleur gives advice on the presentation of the property. In the next appointment she takes particularly beautiful photos and writes the text. We are going to enjoy our retirement and make room for a young family. Everyone is happy. Kolpa van der Hoek has made something we were looking forward to easy. Our bid remained in our move account. After a week, the bid was increased and we called again. We were told that another bid had been placed and accepted. It's not nice not to inform us about this and we feel like we were being strung along, so no, not a pleasant experience when you constantly have to call the ladies.

Made an appointment with the ladies, a good feeling during and after the conversation. The elaboration of the advertisement truly top, photos and film made so beautiful by the photographer and the ladies. They work efficiently and are clear about what they are doing. A good real estate agency for both seller and buyer.
