After living here together for 100 years (slightly exaggerated😉) on the Island, you pretty much know all the real estate agents. Alwin distinguishes himself because he has a pleasant and approachable personality and doesn't charge exorbitant brokerage fees. Just nice doing business with this man! Last but not least,… When I asked Alwin if he would like to do something for KiKa (for which I am an ambassador) when I gave him the assignment, he didn’t hesitate for a second. 19 Mar 2024After speaking to several people about Van Alphen. We decided to call Alwin (we did this on Friday). He was able to come by already on Saturday (this was good for us due to our work). Following a good conversation with Alwin, everything was set in motion and Martiene took over everything. I can’t say anything other than that this is running very well. Both questions to the owner and to maritime are answered quickly and professionally, responses are quick by phone and action is taken quickly if needed, Van Alphen sold our house within a few weeks with clear and good agreements. This is also very nice, we therefore recommend Van Alphen for the sale of your property both in terms of personal contact and on a business level, they are discreet and don’t stand still but get things done, something we appreciate greatly. Marsha provided detailed reports of all viewings. We were happy about that and our respect for Marsha is great, because there were many viewings in a short time. This real estate agent deserves a solid 10! There is no general rehearsal for selling your house, it has to be right the first time. And of course, we as sellers were a little nervous. Selling your house is quite something, the place where you've shared joy and sorrow, where all conversations have been held at the dining table, all those emotions between four walls, and then a large moving truck arrives and loads all your belongings. Definitively. No turning back. Precisely for this reason, it’s so nice that Kolpa van der Hoek takes care of everything. That starts with the two-step plan: stylist Fleur gives advice on the presentation of the property. In the next appointment she takes particularly beautiful photos and writes the text. We are going to enjoy our retirement and make room for a young family. Everyone is happy. Kolpa van der Hoek has made something we were looking forward to easy. Our bid remained in our move account. After a week, the bid was increased and we called again. We were told that another bid had been placed and accepted. It's not nice not to inform us about this and we feel like we were being strung along, so no, not a pleasant experience when you constantly have to call the ladies.
