Good and direct communication also through the in-house staff; you are kept well informed about the sales process. Telephone updates are then directly confirmed by e-mail again. In this regard, we received a non-binding real value of our home that we could work with further. Nothing exaggerated about what the house might be worth, but a clear and straightforward explanation of its actual value at all times. This way you can then calculate, search, and orient yourself with peace of mind. After more than a year, we found our dream location and had to put the house up for sale. Of course, we chose Ravens for this process due to the pleasant feeling we had. What a joy. Everything was quickly and clearly arranged. You are kept informed about everything, and you are truly taken care of. And do you know what we find very nice when contacting them? When you mention your name, usually just your first name, they at Ravens know who you are. Nothing with fancy words or exaggeration, but simply relaxed and comfortable, somewhere where you feel at home. If it weren't for the fact that we never want to leave our new house and have moved outside the region, I would definitely recommend Ravens.

30 Jul 2025Big disappointment in the professional care of Thuis Makelaardij. When purchasing our home from Thuis Makelaardij in 2022, we were confronted with several serious inaccuracies in the provided sales information. In the questionnaire completed by the sellers, no mention was made of a subsided wooden floor, while the sellers were apparently already aware of this according to their own WhatsApp confirmation. The real estate agent never verified or questioned this crucial information. An energy label C was also provided, which subsequently does not correspond with the actual condition of the property: the roof, the floor and the skylight turned out not to be insulated. The energy label should be F - that is a significant difference. Based on this information, among other things, we paid a higher purchase price and accepted higher mortgage payments. When we later held the real estate agent liable and asked for contact with the sellers, we received the answer that they were “not a party” and that the email would not be forwarded. Only after our repeated pressure was the email finally sent to the sellers. We find this attitude unprofessional, especially considering the NVM standards that Thuis Makelaardij claims to adhere to. The fact that only more recent, mostly positive reviews are visible and older experiences seem to be missing also raises questions about transparency. We have since engaged a lawyer and the case is legally established. This experience has completely eroded our trust in this office.
