Het contact met de makelaar verliep vanaf het begin op een rustige en vertrouwde manier. Alle vragen die er waren werden op een deskundige manier beantwoord. Fijn om met iemand met verstand van zaken te maken te hebben. Ook het contact met overige medewerkers hebben we als zeer positief ervaren. We werden goed op de hoogte gehouden in het hele proces.
