Marsha provided detailed reports of all viewings. We were happy about that and our respect for Marsha is great, because there were many viewings in a short time. This real estate agent deserves a solid 10! There is no general rehearsal for selling your house, it has to be right the first time. And of course, we as sellers were a little nervous. Selling your house is quite something, the place where you've shared joy and sorrow, where all conversations have been held at the dining table, all those emotions between four walls, and then a large moving truck arrives and loads all your belongings. Definitively. No turning back. Precisely for this reason, it’s so nice that Kolpa van der Hoek takes care of everything. That starts with the two-step plan: stylist Fleur gives advice on the presentation of the property. In the next appointment she takes particularly beautiful photos and writes the text. We are going to enjoy our retirement and make room for a young family. Everyone is happy. Kolpa van der Hoek has made something we were looking forward to easy. In this regard, we received a non-binding real value of our home that we could work with further. Nothing exaggerated about what the house might be worth, but a clear and straightforward explanation of its actual value at all times. This way you can then calculate, search, and orient yourself with peace of mind. After more than a year, we found our dream location and had to put the house up for sale. Of course, we chose Ravens for this process due to the pleasant feeling we had. What a joy. Everything was quickly and clearly arranged. You are kept informed about everything, and you are truly taken care of. And do you know what we find very nice when contacting them? When you mention your name, usually just your first name, they at Ravens know who you are. Nothing with fancy words or exaggeration, but simply relaxed and comfortable, somewhere where you feel at home. If it weren't for the fact that we never want to leave our new house and have moved outside the region, I would definitely recommend Ravens.
