Annet is een professionele vakvrouw en heeft alle kennis paraat. Daarnaast is ze ook een heel vriendelijk persoon. Echt een hele fijne makelaar!
Annet is een deskundige makelaar met veel bouwkundige kennis en een zorgvuldige begeleiding. Ze kent de markt uitstekend, en heeft ons erg fijn geholpen met de aankoop van ons nieuwe huis, en de verkoop van het oude. Kortom, als je een deskundige makelaar zoekt die er geen doekjes om bindt, klop dan bij Annet aan!
Gemiste bezichtiging was mijn fout, maar de reactie van de makelaar was ongepast en verwijtend. In plaats van professioneel uit te leggen hoe biedingen werken, kreeg ik een persoonlijke aanval. Niet klantvriendelijk en weinig professioneel.
Annet de Broekert is zowel een zeer deskundige als een zeer betrouwbare makelaar. Dit was de tweede keer dat we haar inschakelden, de eerste keer voor een aankoop, ditmaal voor de verkoop van een huis. Ze kent het hele proces door en door, weet de juiste mensen in te schakelen (fotograaf, energielabel, opmeten etc.) zodat alles soepel verloopt.
