A lot was promised and nothing delivered. The moment we put it up for sale, the market started to decline. What did Westeneng do to still sell? Nothing, noppes, nada, a real disappointment.... We had to propose open days ourselves (which led to the sale of the house) and suggest other websites they didn't know. I also had to point out that our house wasn't on their Facebook page. During handover, they even commented on us, which was completely unfounded. And they have not yet submitted meter readings or let us know if our house has been sold. The entire experience we had can be described in 1 short sentence: flogging a dead horse. P.s. a dead horse that cost us a lot of money for nothing...

We had invited several real estate agents for the sale of our house, but we actually knew quite quickly during the conversation with Westeneng Verbeek that we would like to continue with them. Linda and her team guided us excellently throughout the sale and despite the fact that we had a number of specific wishes, the sale did not take long. The only thing remaining is the transfer of ownership of the house, but I am confident that this will also be handled in the same way.

We had an appointment scheduled for a viewing and were called off 1.5 hours before that time with the message that the house was sold, so you take both of those free afternoons for nothing, you don't even get the chance to make an offer, and if you then communicate this, you receive an email saying that he would call the next day to explain it. But no one called, the real estate agent Westeneng Verbeek. As far as I’m concerned, not a reliable realtor 👎
