I once bought a subscription for just one month and canceled it at the end of the month, but somehow those scammers made me pay a kind of debt for the period in July at the end of the year (in December). I did not receive any notification for almost half a year that I had an outstanding amount to pay, which meant I not only paid for the subscription but also a fine (which was actually higher than the subscription itself). In short, if you are looking for a tool to make your life easier (when it comes to finding a place to stay) - DO NOT CHOOSE PARARIUS - their main goal is to SCAM YOU!

Pararius could be better named “Only for Students”. The platform is completely meaningless for regular housing seekers. Day in and day out, only houses with the note 'only for students' are put online. Even with a paid Pararius Plus account, you get no fair chance and not a bit of transparency. The only time I got a viewing was for a house that literally was about to collapse. This platform gives the impression of arbitrariness and unequal treatment. Absolutely disappointing and certainly not a recommendation for anyone seriously looking for a decent home.

Don't tell anything at all. It costs a lot and then you get the worst service in the Netherlands. My partner and I had responded to a house and we would hear something within 2 days. We are not emailed or called, so we call and email ourselves. Nothing is clear and no one can help us. Then a week later, we see that it's been rented out. So there you have it, that premium bullshit.

As a letting agent, we have been working with Pararius & Pararius office for several years now. We are always well supported, proactively helped and kept up to date. Keep it up!

De slechtste ervaring die ik ooit met een makelaar heb gehad Ze zijn extreem passief-agressief. Als huurder staan ​​ze je niet bij als er problemen zijn met de woning (met name Etienne Kwa). During my purchase process, several errors were made, including three invalid versions of the purchase agreement and the removal of the fourth document without consultation. Incorrect information was repeatedly shared with me, the notary, my lawyer and others in my environment. Deadlines were set that are not legally binding, other agreements were not followed through and communication was poor or ceased. Because of this conduct, I had to engage a lawyer to finally complete the purchase. The property is now mine, but due to the conduct of the owner of Rotterdams Vastgoed as a sales agent, this was almost not the case.
