The market knowledge of Utrecht Oost is very good. Business aspects were pleasantly addressed. The back office occasionally faltered.

It was an incredibly difficult journey in a challenging market to sell an unusual property. And yes: not everything went well and we offered it for sale on Funda three times in consultation. Ultimately, after 1.5 years, we managed to find the right buyer (or the right buyer found my house anyway :) and through ultimately good cooperation, successfully sold. So I think the ultimate result is good, the road to get there was challenging.
