What is this company has become very customer unfriendly in a few years. Reported water damage on February 14th, would be called back. After three days, I had to call again. A slightly irritated lady told me that I had the wrong department but she would pass it on. After nearly a week, I sent an email to the branch manager, and yes, after three days still nothing heard. Called again, unfortunately, no one was present at that department ???Why on earth do you still take an intermediary for your insurance. Well, because as you get older and don't know the subject matter so well, you hope that your affairs are properly arranged. NO WAY!

I went to Deur Makelaardij to ask if they also have rental houses and to look around. As soon as I walked in, the employee seemed very suspicious. Then I left to do groceries at Albert Heijn, which is 500 meters further away. Once arrived at Albert Heijn, I go to pay at the checkout. After paying, I want to pack my groceries, but the same employee from Deur Makelaardij is standing in front of me. I wanted to walk past him, but he blocked the path. He asks who I am and where I come from. Very strange this. Apparently Mr. (Theo Deur) found it very odd that he had never seen me in his area. I was only allowed to proceed and finish packing my groceries after I told him where I came from (Leersum). Very weird and suspicious people. Hope they don't chase potential customers next time. Definitely not me because I will certainly never buy a house from Deur Makelaars.
I have been a customer of Deur Financiele Diensten for years. The services provided are decisive for me. Bert and Christel take care of so much for me. Claims are resolved promptly, and if necessary, I am reminded that I still need to sign a form. My enormous living room window had thermal damage and needed to be replaced. Bert selected a good contractor who installed the 2.5 x 3.5 meter window with a weight of 350kg without damaging the garden. The process was personally checked because it was not an everyday replacement. Compliments!

This week, after approximately 3 months, the damage claim for my car was settled thanks to Deur Financial Services. The other party initially refused to send the accident report form to their insurance company, but through the intervention of Deur Financial Services, it eventually succeeded and the damages were ultimately paid. Super service.
Today I received the settlement of my water damage claim. I must say it was handled to everyone's satisfaction by Deur FD and completed very pleasantly. Numerous contacts regarding the progress of the damage and its settlement by the insurance company. Again, the involvement was great and the office with employees deserves a big compliment.
Financial Services has been arranging my insurance policies for several years and I am extremely satisfied. When I have questions or changes, they are fully taken care of and I receive prompt answers. Recently, I had a situation where I made a claim on one of the policies due to the cancellation of a vacation. Unfortunately, there was a dispute with the insurer regarding coverage, but Financial Services stood by me with advice and action and the case was forwarded almost non-stop until I could return home and coverage was granted by the insurer. In short, Financial Services stands for its customers. Highly recommended!
