What is this company has become very customer unfriendly in a few years. Reported water damage on February 14th, would be called back. After three days, I had to call again. A slightly irritated lady told me that I had the wrong department but she would pass it on. After nearly a week, I sent an email to the branch manager, and yes, after three days still nothing heard. Called again, unfortunately, no one was present at that department ???Why on earth do you still take an intermediary for your insurance. Well, because as you get older and don't know the subject matter so well, you hope that your affairs are properly arranged. NO WAY!
