The mortgage advice was fine overall, quick responses and they were helpful. However, we had to stay alert because we regularly found mistakes in documents etc. After the payment, we were supposed to receive a document. This has still not happened, even after we asked for it several times and waited months.

In the night of October 23 to 24, a rental property appeared online on funda. Since we were very enthusiastic and wanted to move in immediately, we called Ditters directly on October 24. We had one simple question (we thought). This should have been clarified with the landlords. However, on October 24, we were told over the phone that we would have to call back the next day because the colleague who was responsible for this would not be present. The next day we called back and received from that colleague: I passed it on to another colleague and you will be called back today. Meanwhile, after 5 phone calls and 1.5 weeks, we still haven't been called back. We are very disappointed with the poor service of Ditters.

After an appointment with Roald Willemsen regarding refinancing the mortgage, we unfortunately had a bad experience. We expressed our wishes because our interest fixed period was over. Roald Willemsen presented offers from 3 parties and advised us to go with one party (Vista). Ultimately, after a week, it turned out that this party did not accommodate our wishes (we had to call back ourselves). Fortunately, Jerry was connected to request the application at Aegon. That eventually worked out. I therefore also strongly doubt the advisor's expertise. The worst thing is that you get no response anywhere and get the impression that the thought is 'we already have the fish, so we don't need to do anything else'. Unfortunately, I give the mortgages a resounding failing grade and would not recommend this advisor.
