Hello, I would like to warn everyone who wants to do business with this real estate agent, especially the owner Charlotte. We thought we had finally bought our dream house last week after a search period of 3 years, but that thought was unfortunately short-lived. After reaching an agreement on Monday evening around 10:00 PM, I received a phone call the next morning from a colleague of Charlotte's saying that someone else would be signing that afternoon. I said, 'There must be a mistake,' but there wasn’t! After some investigation, I discovered that the property had already been sold a week earlier (and at that time the buyer was also told it wouldn’t go through). The man who eventually bought the house ultimately had to pay an additional 5,000 euros. I do understand that it's 'business,' but a dirty game has really been played by the owner Charlotte. I don't just write a review about a company, but do so because we were really very ill from this! It is inhumane and professionally very unprofessional for a company (and fellow human being) to operate like this. We have no words for it. I have all communication (apps and emails) as confirmation!
