I had made an appointment for a valuation of my home and I was told that the price per square meter of the property would remain the same if I were to split the property into 2 addresses. Very strange, because the lower the m2 of an object, the higher the price per square meter. We have had very bad experiences with this real estate agent when purchasing a property. The inventory list was sent around 3 times, and we signed it under the latest version, as did the seller of the apartment. During the viewing, the inventory was also reviewed. When we received the keys, it ultimately didn't match; a closet, shelves, and lights were missing. We could have canceled the sale at that time, but based on the promise that it would be resolved properly, we still signed. When we claimed the proper solution, it wasn't there, it was downright scandalous, and unpleasant email exchanges followed. The seller of the apartment eventually paid us an amount. We received nothing from Brantjes, not even an apology while the fault was definitely with them. So pay close attention and don't trust the sweet talk. Make sure everything is properly documented.

Toen we een bod uit brachten per mail kregen we via via te horen dat de verkoper het bod niet had ontvangen, na een telefoontje bleek ons bod in de spam bij hun te zijn gekomen. Hun zouden het bod doorsturen maar hebben daarna nooit meer iets vernomen…. Later de reviews gelezen en alles klopt wel, makelaar denkt dat het huis zichzelf wel verkoopt…

De bezichtiging bij deze makelaar was voldoende. Het ging helaas mis via de mail. Na de bezichtiging hebben wij een bod gedaan die blijkbaar niet was binnengekomen en toen wij daarom vroegen werd aangegeven door Winnie dat de mail "misschien" wel in de spambox was terecht gekomen? Maar het mailtje dat ik daarna via funda zelf stuurde kwam wel binnen, maar omdat de woning inmiddels verkocht was voelde zij niet de noodzaak om netjes terug te mailen. Een beetje vriendelijkheid of after service zou op ze plek zijn hier.

Not knowing the law and then threatening via email. Never experienced anything so clumsy. Do not cooperate. It was like that in 2021. Still applies in 2025.

Extremely bad appraiser. To mention in the appraisal report that there are no solar panels present.. (16 panels present!!), That there is no energy label (energy label A !!!!) and the house is not insulated. (what do you think with energy label A..) to then undervalue the house. Because of this man, 3 parties were disadvantaged. This man should be reprimanded severely by the NWWI or even better, removed from his position. Fortunately, appraiser 2 and appraiser 3 were fantastic. (they were independent and therefore not affiliated with Westerhoven) In one word: Scandalous.
