Confirmation from funda that the request was sent: April 30, 2024 (Tuesday), 1:01 pm. After a 3-hour drive, I arrived on Wednesday at 8:45 am at Nieuwe Molstraat 37. I waited patiently until approximately 9:30 am and decided to call them. Their response was that they had not scheduled any viewings for this time and date and that I may have simply forgotten to send my details - hence their failure to appear. The next day, they called me and told me that I only sent them the message after the viewings and blamed me for being the one who couldn't send a message. In other words, they think I am mentally impaired and lack basic messaging knowledge. It is quite unfortunate because I had high expectations of this property. It is even more unfortunate that I wasted so much valuable time. I believe they have some kind of call recordings for quality purposes; it might be worth reviewing them. Will they mind losing a potential buyer for your property? Probably not. Will they solve their problems in the future? Maybe. Will they indirectly call you an idiot? Absolutely. Screenshots from funda confirmation and conversations with 2 ARE are included. The times are in Vilnius, LTU time zone, should you wonder why the times don't add up by one hour. In my 6 years of experience with real estate, I have not encountered a real estate agent who failed to show up for an appointment without informing me beforehand or having an emergency.
