I was the downstairs neighbor of Kim (see review below): she sold her house through this real estate agent a few years ago. I had heard from Kim at the time about the positive stories regarding the guidance during the sale of her apartment. Therefore, I decided in early November 2022 to ask Van der Post Makelaars to also assist me with the sale of my apartment. In early December 2022, my apartment was sold (in just four weeks!) for a good price. The transfer took place at the notary's office at the end of January. Everything Kim wrote about the real estate agent is still completely true. Throughout the sales process, this real estate agent communicated very transparently with me and was always available when I had questions. As a seller, I felt secure throughout the sales process, which is important because you don’t often sell a house in your lifetime. Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend this real estate agent to everyone!
