Very bad service. This company sold an apartment and I won the bid. The apartment had just been renovated. When I received the key, Dex promised me that the unfinished work would be carried out. After more than a year, the promise has still not been fulfilled, no suggestions have even been made. Mostly this company simply ignored me - they did not respond to phone calls or emails. If you see them from the seller's side, do not do business with this company.

Recently viewed a house via the website of 88Makelaars. The viewing went well. After making an offer, well before the deadline, I did not receive any confirmation of receipt nor a response. The following week, I called the office myself and was told that I had the opportunity to submit a final bid. After submitting the final bid, again I received no confirmation of receipt and was not called back. The relevant agent, Leon Zhou, is very difficult to reach and does not keep his appointments. This experience confirms the bad reputation of some real estate agents. Truly disappointing and very shameful. It is expected that real estate agents will ensure that the purchase process is clear and fair. This is not the case at 88Makelaars.

Leon, he calls himself a Chinese real estate agent. He ventilates all prices to pit potential buyers against each other. Lies and deceives. Very unreliable. I wonder what value an NVM membership then has.

Bad realtor in every sense of the word. Lying, discrimination, poorly accessible, and an unbelievable big mouth. Doesn't let people finish speaking, vents prices somewhat while saying it’s not actually allowed. We had a house in mind but due to this realtor's conduct, aside from submitting a renewed offer.

Well informed about our possibilities

Visited the offered property in May 2021, right in the middle of the corona pandemic. There were two real estate agents and certainly 6 viewing interested parties in the apartment. Whether I wanted to come inside too. That wasn't the agreement. Good information and a one-on-one conversation without competition was not possible. They are not affiliated with NVM or anything else, although the girl on the phone claimed they were. That is allowed because a real estate agent is an unprotected profession but be honest. I have never experienced this with any other realtor in The Hague or Delft. Always 10 minutes of private viewing and conversation.

Leon really helped us a lot with selling the house!!! Everything goes very quickly, my house has already been sold within 2 weeks!! Definitely recommend!!!
