Great collaboration. Accurate, precise and communicative!
ATTENTION: Very unreliable property manager According to their own website, they provide ‘high quality service’. My experience with About Real Estate has been extremely negative. Below is a list of what I have experienced: – Illegally high rent, more than double what is allowed according to the Housing Valuation System. – Structural mold problems (including musty odor and potential health damage) in the basement and common area, unresolved for months. – No insight into service costs, while €245 is charged monthly (for a studio of 20m²!). – Costs for cleaning (2x per month), but there has been cleaning only 2 times in the 16 months that I have lived here. – Holes in the ceiling through which rainwater came remained untreated for months. – Misleading information about the owner’s financial situation to avoid responsibility. – Disproportionately large number of rentals to vulnerable groups such as migrants, presumably to minimize legal countermeasures. These experiences are personal, but I am certainly not the only one. The complaints are structural. 👉 My advice to future tenants: be warned, and consider a different property manager. 🙏 This is my honest experience. Hopefully this saves you a lot of trouble.
