Excellent real estate agent. Some points lead to a 3-star rating. Chose the 360 degree photos package, but upon arrival of the photographer, this did not happen; the real estate agent forgot to pass it on to the photographer and later nonchalantly said that it was not necessary. I was still charged for it, and had to call twice to have it settled. When drafting the report during key handover, photos were taken of the meter readings, but from the report I could not determine my water level; it does state 30m3 in the report, but indicating this to Dunea requires several zeros, and I must guess how many zeros there should be. When I asked for the original photo of the report, it seems difficult to obtain because then it would be readable. I emailed that the process was very difficult; I was subsequently called by real estate agent Bob, and found his reaction quite harsh; my email was apparently taken badly. In my opinion, it is not much to ask for a photo to be sent that is legible. It’s a shame to have ended the final conversation like this. Whether I would recommend the real estate agent, I don't know so well...

A brokerage with a very special way of doing business. Through Agterberg, we had a viewing scheduled, where we were called on the day itself to reschedule the time because they had a cancellation. This wasn't ideal, as it does take away from your daily planning but okay. Later that day, about 1.5 hours in advance, we were called again with the message that the house had already been sold and therefore the viewing was no longer worthwhile. Very strange, if I were to look for a buying agent or wanted to sell my house, I would definitely recommend another broker. There are surely enough brokers to be found who are more reliable.

Fantastic office with great people!

Yes selling our house, that was it. We heard good stories about Agterberg Makelaardij from my neighbor and we had to have Bob. As said so done, Bob came by and we had a pleasant conversation, Bob is in my opinion also an owner of Agterberg and experienced in the profession. We said ok do! But when the work regarding selling the house had to start, Bob unfortunately became ill (thankfully already better). Then we were assigned a young boy who would take over from Bob named Marc. At first we thought oh dear will this be alright he is still so young and you don't sell a house every day. Well I can tell you that this boy was a lottery win for us!! Pleasant to deal with, very expert, and he is always there for you despite often being busy. His guidance is simply top throughout the entire process, if there are problems he solves them and more than that!. Of course he sold our house very well. Before I went into business with Agterberg, I invited a few brokers to hear how they wanted to approach the sale of my house. Agterberg wasn't the cheapest broker, but they were more than worth their price. My house was sold at record speed for a price well above what I had in mind myself. It is also a pleasant office; the employees do their best to take as much paperwork as possible out of my hands. Very pleasant in such a busy period.

I had 4 brokers come for comparison, all pros and cons laid out next to each other, as well as the 'click' that I had with the brokers. Jordy & Jochem from Agterberg Makelaardij came with a beautiful offer + conditions for the sale of the house (almost too good to be true) that I couldn’t refuse. It wasn't almost too good to be true, but it was! Clear communication and appointments were all properly kept. Within 1 month we were at the notary and we were all happy :)

Recently, I purchased a home through this real estate agent. Transparency and honesty are still difficult working methods for this company. Establishing contact with the relevant real estate agent is cumbersome, often answered by SMS, and has in some cases a resolute grey position. Despite evidence to the contrary being demonstrated with proper substantiation, this is only given consideration in the interest of the real estate agent and the selling party. In addition, the property was purchased privately and the respective bills are also paid privately. This has nothing to do with my company and therefore no invoices or similar can be issued. This is not understood by Mr. Agterberg.
