Both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old house were handled very professionally from A to Z, resulting in an extremely relaxed and hassle-free experience for us, and, not insignificantly, with a beautiful result. Great experience with Arnold Taal and his colleagues. I received a good overview of the entire sales process. And everything went as promised. I felt completely taken care of! Highly recommended!

Some things went well, others completely not. Communication not always ‘spot on’ but no real negligence. Average service from this broker in DH and surrounding areas who in this specific case certainly earned their money easily. Besides 1.25% incl VAT, there are also, previously unnecessary anywhere, €500-600 for start-up costs, photos, measuring etc. Too expensive for the final job I think. Job was completed. It is telling that your reaction shows no form of self-reflection. Instead of being curious about the reasons behind my comment, you sweep the Taal-stoepje clean. That is unfortunate. The end result in terms of price can only be called reasonable to good because as a seller I did not follow your proposal for the asking price and increased it by almost €20,000. Even then, the final transaction price was moderate considering market conditions.

The supportive approach was very helpful and gave us additional explanation about local legislation during the purchasing process. The friendly team answered all our questions in a timely manner.

Arnold, Bart and Jordy have been truly amazing. This is our first house and their advice has been invaluable, more than worth it. Arnold went with us to a few viewings that we were interested in and advised us excellently. One property we were interested in needed a new roof, new windows and a new central heating system. I think it's difficult to assess houses if you haven’t seen much and problems you quickly overlook can cost you a lot of money. You can have an assessment done for a few hundred euros each time, but I think Arnold and the team can identify major issues before you spend extra money, which increases their value. Thanks guys!
