Even during the first contact, he provided so much important information, which I missed with other realtors, that is why I ended up with Arnold Taal Makelaardij. He then took plenty of time to answer all my questions, and Bart and Jordy excellently guided me through the subsequent process. A big 10 for the office.

Throughout the entire purchasing process, I felt that enough time was always taken for me and that critical thinking was applied. If something is agreed upon with the office, Arnold himself is always in the know and vice versa. Both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old house were handled very professionally from A to Z, resulting in an extremely relaxed and hassle-free experience for us, and, not insignificantly, with a beautiful result. Great experience with Arnold Taal and his colleagues. I received a good overview of the entire sales process. And everything went as promised. I felt completely taken care of! Highly recommended!

Some things went well, others completely not. Communication not always ‘spot on’ but no real negligence. Average service from this broker in DH and surrounding areas who in this specific case certainly earned their money easily. Besides 1.25% incl VAT, there are also, previously unnecessary anywhere, €500-600 for start-up costs, photos, measuring etc. Too expensive for the final job I think. Job was completed. It is telling that your reaction shows no form of self-reflection. Instead of being curious about the reasons behind my comment, you sweep the Taal-stoepje clean. That is unfortunate. The end result in terms of price can only be called reasonable to good because as a seller I did not follow your proposal for the asking price and increased it by almost €20,000. Even then, the final transaction price was moderate considering market conditions.

A supportive approach was very helpful in receiving some extra explanation during the purchasing process about local laws and regulations. The friendly team answered all our questions promptly.

Top realtor - I always found realtors lazy / but Arnold Taal is the exception. Here, a house is actually actively sold and not just sitting around waiting by the phone for someone to react on Funda. Arnold, Bart and Jordy were truly great. This is our first house and their advice was invaluable and certainly worth the price. Arnold accompanied us on a number of viewings we were interested in and received good advice. One property we were keen to find needed roof replacement, window replacement and a central heating replacement. I think it's difficult to value houses if you haven't seen much and that you easily miss problems that can cost you a lot. You can have surveys done hundreds of times, but I think Arnold and the team can spot major issues before you ultimately spend extra costs which increase its value. Thanks guys George
