We had responded to a property, unfortunately we didn't become the owners at that time, but we still received good news because there was a property above it for sale. Very kind that they thought of us! We scheduled an appointment together and looked. From there we could think about whether we wanted this, after giving our approval to the house and the price that was given. We then proceeded. We are very satisfied with Avenir real estate, especially the sales broker Danielle. A very lovely woman who helped us patiently and well on our way. Excellent real estate agent with an excellent team in the background! Roos Ouderdorp was the sales broker of the property we purchased in The Hague's Statenkwartier district. She didn't just show a house, but a home. She is knowledgeable and had all the details we needed to make our decision. After sealing the deal in a very pleasant and trustworthy atmosphere, she responded proactively and quickly delivered all the paperwork that our bank required. We did not have a buyer's agent, so she and her back office resolved all obstacles for us, to get the deal around as quickly and uncomplicatedly as possible for her client.
