Appointment made to view the house (at Valkenboslaan 43, The Hague) went smoothly. Then we were standing at the door as agreed and no one was present. After calling the real estate agent, it turned out that the house had already been sold and they had forgotten to cancel our appointment. The assistant apparently forgot to put our appointment in the calendar. Very sloppy, especially for our building consultant who had already come driving from Westland.

We quickly bought a beautiful house, partly thanks to the firm negotiation that the real estate agent conducted for us. The sale of our house also went smoothly.
