Whether you are a seller or buyer, do not go near this company. I sold an apartment with Beeuwkes as the real estate agent. They offered a property with the suggestion that it had a roof terrace, which was not the case, and lied during viewings. As a result, what I sold and what the buyer thought they bought were not the same. More than a year later, both the buyer and I have incurred significant legal costs. Fred from Beeuwkes initially admitted the mistake and assured me that they would file a claim with their insurance company. Now I notice that I am in a legal battle with the insurance company, which denies everything. The incident has cost me all the profit I made by owning the apartment for more than 20 years. The insurance company offered me compensation of € , which does not even cover my legal costs. I am in litigation. The buyer has also incurred significant costs and still does not have what he thought he bought. This company lies to both buyers and sellers to flip houses and collect commission. We went to view a house and the agent indicated that we could calmly consider it over the weekend, as Monday afternoon was the deadline for submitting a bid. So we submitted the offer on the weekend, only to receive notification that the house had already been sold. We were later called by the agent who apologized nicely and provided an explanation. This apartment is far too small for you. Then she looked my wife up and down with a condemning look. When we left on our bikes, her gaze was even more disgusting. The apartment was beautiful, but we are not going to entrust our business to these people.
