Whether you are a seller or buyer, do not go near this company. I sold an apartment with Beeuwkes as the real estate agent. They created a property list suggesting that there was a roof terrace included, which was not the case, and lied during viewings. As a result, what I sold and what the buyer thought they were buying were not the same. More than a year later, both the buyer and I have incurred significant legal costs. Fred from Beeuwkes initially admitted the mistake and assured me that they would contact their insurance company. Now I notice that I have a legal battle between myself and the insurance company, which denies everything. The incident has cost me all the profit I made from owning the apartment for more than twenty years. The insurance company offered me compensation of € 20,000,-, which does not even cover my legal costs. I have a lawsuit pending. The buyer has also incurred significant costs and still doesn't have what he thought he had purchased. This company lies to both buyers and sellers to turn properties over and grab commission. We went to view a house and the agent indicated that we could calmly consider it over the weekend, as Monday afternoon was the deadline for submitting a bid. So we submitted the offer on the weekend, only to receive notification that the house had already been sold. We were later called by the agent who apologized nicely and provided an explanation. Not such a slick realtor, but a cheerful, amiable man who had thoroughly familiarized himself with the seller’s home and possessed expertise. Beat takes his time, is interested, and has a sense of humor. When we wanted to sell our own house, we spoke with several realtors. We didn't have the same good feeling with anyone else as we did with Beat Beeuwkes. We absolutely do not regret this choice. First question the realtor asked during a visit to an apartment with 4 bedrooms at 1800 euros per month: do you have a job? Second question: how many children do you have? Three? This apartment is far too small for you. Then she looks at my wife disapprovingly from head to toe. When we left on our bikes, the look on her face was even more disgusting. The apartment was nice, but we won't be doing business with these people.
