Terrible way of working by employee Ilja which came across as very insistent and aggressive. This while we had taken her on as a purchasing agent. Nothing was done with our complaints at the party. By chance, we spoke to an acquaintance who had the same experience with this employee. Meanwhile, we have a lovely home in The Hague, without a purchasing agent. Recently attended a viewing which turned out to be an open house. In these times, this should be communicated honestly, as we would not have come otherwise. Nothing was said when making the 'appointment' about the 10 other people who would also be coming and going at that moment. The real estate agent also knew little about the house. What was most surprising was the waste in the toilet, which had not been cleaned up. Something the real estate agent would have known if they had simply walked through the house themselves. Not a good calling card for a property for sale.
