Brix Makelaars - Den Haag

5 years ago I was in the battle for an apartment. Brix real estate agent gave the apartment to another buyer by letting them bid exactly 1000 euros more. I checked that in the cadastre. The whole process pointed to this way of dealing and was not transparent. Not recommending this real estate agent.

When I asked a few years ago if I was allowed to sell my house in DH, Marco van Brix said that at that time (2021) the house was only worth X, no more. With another real estate agent I sold my house for 17.5% more than Marco said I could sell it for. I think Brix wants to lowball the sellers so that they get a hefty performance bonus if they sell the house for its actual value. Don't fall for that, do your research. It doesn't matter to them if you make money from selling your house, it's only about how much they themselves earn from the sale.

This website looks quite complex and I wonder if the navigation could use some improvement. Despite my good command of Dutch, both reading and writing, I left the site without achieving the desired result. I wish this company all the success with improving the user experience.

Really a mediocre experience. To be honest and fair, I can only say that my experience wasn't very positive. I felt unnecessarily 'rushed'. I hope Brix understands my point of view.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We were told that viewings would cost 100 euros per house. Our realtor (Monique Keser) said that we could choose whether or not to involve her. That was fine. However, she never said that she wouldn't give advice about this property and wouldn't help us with negotiations unless we paid 100 euros for each house we consider. NOT transparent, NOT clear, and also very chaotic and messy in her communication. She even went to a viewing herself after we told her that we had already seen the property!

Bad experience with Brix brokers when selling my apartment. It mainly lies in the deficient communication and lack of pro-activity: as a seller, you primarily have to chase everything yourself. A few examples from my experiences: literally copying the sales advertisement from another property, having to filter out the bad photos myself, realizing that a for sale sign needed to be hung up (yes, they would put it up if viewings were scheduled), agreeing on a strategy that was then changed without being informed beforehand. If you find these kinds of things (like I do) important, I advise against going into business with Brix.

Had a pleasant experience with the sale of my upper apartment in Voorburg. The first two days after the start were not yet completely clear on how I could follow the process. After that became clear to me, everything went extremely smoothly and, more importantly, customer-friendly. Accessible, good service and ultimately a nice result. Thanks so much TEAM BRIX VOORBURG!

Finally found a real estate agent who, in this seller's market, actually makes an effort to achieve a maximum sales result. Not like many other agents scheduling just 1 day for interested parties with the most potential. Brix Makelaars makes time available for all interested buyers, which means there have been +/- 30 viewings. This strategy therefore ensures a maximum sales result for me as the seller. In addition, good and clear agreements can be made about the sales conditions, as well as a very pleasant and professional way of communicating.

What arrogant scammers, they discriminate and play dirty games while you, as an enthusiastic buyer, try to secure financing, let you wait weeks for a phone call so that people of their preference can snatch the house from under your nose. Ugh. Callbacks or transparency are terms they are not familiar with.

Bad! Prejudice! Don't take the time to help you.

We moved from the United Kingdom in July and, thanks to the support of Monique Keser during the COVID-19 period, we were able to find the home we were looking for without traveling. She is enormously dedicated, detail-oriented, technically skilled, and knows the market inside and out to negotiate the perfect price. She also listens well and suggests a house that meets your expectations, so you don't waste time on pointless viewings. I can wholeheartedly recommend Monique to start a new chapter in your life!

The real estate agents truly know everything about the house to be viewed as far as this is visible, no question remains unanswered. They really do their homework which is particularly pleasant during a viewing.

Worst experience. It was a very unpleasant experience because Brix did not communicate clearly. I found myself in a strange situation because I had already requested termination from my previous apartment and I didn't receive a contract for the new apartment.
