If you are looking for a professional service provider in the field of valuations, please look further and do not award any contract to Cirk-Verhoog. Unfortunately, the valuation process that they carried out for us has led exclusively to frustration: - The appraiser does not show up at the agreed time to jointly view the property - The duration of the appraisal was much longer than stated and customary with other appraisers. We would have received our appraisal within 5/6 working days, but it took them a week longer. Undoubtedly partly due to the fact that the valuation was rejected by the inspection body. This again leads to doubts about the appraiser's expertise. - During the assignment, it was indicated that redeeming the leasehold as an additional scenario should be valued. Despite the (claimed) extensive experience, it apparently proved very difficult to indicate that this would not be possible when accepting the assignment. As a result, the final valuation unexpectedly does not align with expectations at the time of awarding the contract. - When we communicated our complaints, there was no written response whatsoever. It's a shame when you can no longer take what this company says seriously. The only positive point is that they are able to send the invoice. This was received within 10 minutes after we finally received the report. No further experience with the real estate agency practice of this company and I will never find out about that either. Cirk-Verhoog: once, never again! Be wise and leave this company alone!
