Selling your house certainly brings some tension. But the peace that real estate agent Aart van Stijn exudes removes a large part of that tension. For a fixed amount, you are completely 'untroubled'.

I can't believe the attitude of the agents at this real estate agency. Emailed via Funda to request a viewing, where they immediately called back (which is good), unfortunately I wasn't in the country so I didn't receive the calls. The next morning I was back in the country, I called them when my phone was active and I see the voicemail asking if I could make an appointment. Here I was told that I hadn't picked up my phone before. I explained why I didn’t pick it up and that I was away. Then I was asked when I could be at the property, that they were not amused, and that apparently I had a viewing appointment without my knowledge (the call is made at 11:55). To book an appointment without me receiving an email or phone confirmation from me or anything like that. Then it's unacceptable to have an attitude and tell me like a little child. I don’t care whether it’s a seller’s market or a buyer’s market, I’m not happy about it, I won’t work with this kind of behavior. P.S. After my review, they did indeed call me 2 more times. Bringing the total number of calls to 4, as they mention in their response. I blocked the number because I don't want anything to do with these people. As for damaging your company: you are hurting yourselves with your outdated knowledge of customer service. Thinking that you can force people to remove their reviews and spam their voicemail box is not how I would proceed. Without even admitting that there was something wrong with your tone or manners. I stand by my review being even more accurate, after the actions they took after posting my review.

The Huizenbemiddelaar Den Haag (Den Haag Real Estate Agent) is highly recommended. As a client, you are perfectly kept informed about how things proceed. They are nice people. Very involved in everything related to buying or selling. Again, this couple who runs the business is highly recommended if you want to buy or sell a house. Take advantage of this.

Enabled as a purchase and sales broker. Generally good experience with the purchasing process: action is taken quickly to make appointments for viewings and documents are requested and forwarded on time. Unfortunately, after 1.5 years we still did not have a house. Especially bad experience regarding compliance with the agreement. The broker thought he could double the price by means of a new proposal and unilaterally change the agreement! When inquiring about the justification for this, we were briefly referred to the service provision (new proposal) and told that they want to terminate the contract. Legally, this is not possible at all! Be wary regarding the legal part and do not let yourself be talked into everything! When asking what we could still expect, since we formally still had an agreement, there was no response. Not even after sending a reminder. Only after we ourselves made telephone contact, a reaction was given (2 weeks later). Ultimately, the assignment was terminated and we are happy about that.

I was well assisted and had made a realistic assessment of what the property should yield.
