Not customer friendly
To be honest, I found the agents quite rude. I wanted to view a house they had for sale. They gave me a few dates, but those didn't fit my schedule. The realtor said sarcastically...well, the house isn't being sold off... which means the owners weren't desperate. I offered a few dates, but they didn't match theirs. Eventually, a date was found, but quite far in the future. The agent sighed. Then I asked if I could get the general documents for the property. The realtor said that only serious buyers would get those if they visited the house. This is very unusual. I have never gone to a viewing without first collecting the documents. I thought about this interaction for a few days and then cancelled the viewing. I wish the owners success!
