If you end up at this office as an expat, run the other way and ask for someone else. From my experience they just tried to sell me and put pressure on me to commit to three houses that they represented. I wasn't interested in those and they kept pushing. In the end I found a house myself and did everything on my own, and they had the audacity and lack of character to still ask for a commission. Iwan Prost got a commission for doing absolutely nothing. Outside of those three properties he didn't respond and didn't communicate. I missed out on a few really great properties because I was waiting for him to take action. He really did nothing for me. He only told me that the contract looked good (Chat GPT could have checked it better, but that didn't exist yet). Really terrible service. Now that I'm leaving the Netherlands, working with Iwan and this company was one of my worst experiences, and I hope this review spares future expats moving here from that suffering. I had a colleague who moved from Australia and also had a terrible experience, so it wasn't just an incident.
