What service! Almost everything involved in selling a house is taken out of your hands. And that's quite a lot: a huge amount of paperwork, the viewings, name it. And if anything wasn't clear, I could always give them a call, even after office hours. We didn't even have to go and look at the final inspection; that was arranged too. Nothing but praise, truly lives up to the name “Kant & Klaar”. Would recommend it to everyone.
This was the best closing of property management and the sale of my real estate experience I've had in a long time. Michael has been excellent in managing the property, tenants with limited time that I needed. He also managed to bring and sell my property to market without problems and at a better price than expected. In short, a true recommendation!
