Last May 2021, rented a house from Regenbogen Beheer after a relationship breakup. Within a month we had a small house. Email contact works great. Everything is handled quickly. Rented for a year and everything was top notch. Deposit was quickly returned after something else happened. Hats off to Van Lochem and Regenbogen Beheer, top company.
Although I ultimately didn’t rent an apartment through them (I found accommodation with another real estate agent), I must praise them for their excellent, friendly service. After responding online, they called me to schedule a viewing, and an hour earlier they called me again to confirm. I had a private viewing (so there were no other people nearby when I viewed the apartment), and the 2 colleagues from the agency who showed me around were very friendly and informative about the rental conditions. Absolutely recommended, friendliest service I’ve experienced with a real estate agent so far! :)
